We cannot say enough good things about David Ackel and the auction process. Selling a house is stressful, especially in a bad economy. It’s a roll-of-the-dice however you decide to sell your house. In our case, the traditional MLS process wasn’t so kind to us. Dealing with bottom-feeders and strange contract terms was not our thing.
