We cannot say enough good things about David Ackel and the auction process. Selling a house is stressful, especially in a bad economy. It’s a roll-of-the-dice however you decide to sell your house. In our case, the traditional MLS process wasn’t so kind to us. Dealing with bottom-feeders and strange contract terms was not our thing. We needed to know that at the end of the day, the terms were simple and to our benefit. The auction process, though a bit unconventional, was a sure thing if you have the stomach to stick it out.
